Individuals creating web sites for a fee (whether for a commercial endeavor or personal non-profit site) are strictly denied the privilege of using the linkware.

None of my graphics are to be included in any collection, archive or compilation CD or Web Collection, without my written consent.

Linkware sets are for non-commercial sites only. That means, if you sell anything, don't use my Linkware sets. If your site is Private or Non-Profit, then feel free to use them, but please give me a Link back, on each and every page you use them. Linkbuttons are included in each Set and should be linked to:

Don't use them if you are a web designer. There are NO EXCEPTIONS

Do Not Change My Graphics And that means, do not change my graphics in any way ! If you don't like them the way they are, don't use them! I put alot of time into making the graphics, so if you change them, you are breaking my copyright. You can read more here.

The only way to change my graphics is, if you want to add text to blank buttons that are included with each set. There are free Programs available on the Internet, if you don't have a graphics editor. Two of them are Paint Shop Pro and PhotoImpact.

You are not allowed to sell any of my graphics without my permission, even if you purchased them.

If you do not honor these requirements and break any one of them, you will be expected to remove my graphics from your site no later than 2 Days after you received a notification.
